Frequently Asked Questions...

whats the best car carpet cleaner?

hiya all,can any1 help me plz,,
i have a convertible car with tan leather and beige colour carpet ,, but carpet has really bad ground in dirt , is there something on market i could use to clean it,havent got a vax is there a product you can put on wet and drys into crystals [hoover up after]etc or anything else i could do without the hassle of replacing ,,thanks

Answer:

The fact that you have beige colour carpet in your car does not make this as easy as normal because some of the cleaners on the market will not be suitable. You will need a strong clear colour carpet cleaner and I would go for a specialist carpet cleaner as opposed to just a general upholstery cleaner as they tend to be more powerful so will work better for this type of job.

I would recommened a carpet cleaner called SmartCarpet which I used before for a similar job in my wife's car and it worked really well.

It does not dry into crystals so youll need to rub it in, then leave it for about 10 mins, then remove with a highly absorbent cloth like these microfibre ones below

My mats were going to cost a fortune to replace so I was glad to have found this stuff. This should get your carpets back look spick and span!
